Subscription, Cancellation, and Refund Policy

This policy summarizes BoardWise subscription billing. It is part of the BoardWise Terms of Service.
Subscription plan
BoardWise Founder is a monthly subscription for paid access to BoardWise sports-forecast analytics boards and paid features available to that plan.
Unless otherwise stated at checkout:
- Price: $24.99 per month
- Taxes: added at checkout when applicable
- Trial: no free trial
- Coupons/promotions: none unless expressly offered by BoardWise in writing
- Billing frequency: monthly
- Renewal: automatic until canceled
- Access: begins after Stripe confirms successful payment
- Account limit: one individual, one account
Automatic renewal
By subscribing, you authorize BoardWise and its payment processor to charge your payment method monthly until you cancel.
How to cancel
You may cancel through the billing or subscription-management link in your BoardWise account. This may redirect you to the Stripe Customer Portal.
If you cannot access the cancellation tool or believe cancellation is not working, contact [email protected].
You should cancel before your next billing date to avoid the next renewal charge.
What happens after cancellation
Cancellation stops future renewals. Unless your access is suspended or terminated earlier for breach, fraud, chargeback, account sharing, scraping, security risk, or other permitted cause, you will normally keep paid access through the end of the current paid billing period.
Refunds
Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law or where BoardWise approves a refund in its discretion. BoardWise may approve refunds or credits for duplicate charges, verified billing errors, payment-processing errors, or exceptional circumstances.
A refund or credit in one situation does not require BoardWise to provide a refund or credit in another situation.
Failed payments
If payment fails, paid access may be removed immediately. You may need to update your payment method and complete payment before paid access is restored.
Chargebacks and disputes
If you dispute or charge back a payment, BoardWise may suspend or terminate paid access while the dispute is investigated. Fraudulent, abusive, or excessive disputes may result in account termination.
Price changes
BoardWise may change prices for future renewal periods. BoardWise will provide notice of a material price increase before it applies to your renewal, typically at least 30 days in advance unless a different period is permitted or required by law. If you do not agree to the new price, cancel before the renewal date when the change takes effect.
Account deletion
If you delete your BoardWise account, you should cancel any active subscription first. BoardWise may require subscription cancellation before deletion, cancel the subscription as part of deletion, or retain limited payment, tax, consent, security, legal, fraud, dispute, and backup records as described in the Privacy Policy.
