These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of BoardWise websites, dashboards, account pages, email-link login, forecasts, model outputs, performance pages, and related services (the "Service") operated by BoardWise Analytics LLC.

By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use BoardWise.

Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years old, or the legal age required in your jurisdiction, to use wagering-related content. You are responsible for complying with all laws that apply to you. Do not use BoardWise where access to sports-wagering-related content is illegal.

Informational service only

BoardWise provides sports analytics, model outputs, probabilities, estimated edges, rankings, historical performance tracking, and related educational information. BoardWise is not a sportsbook, casino, gambling operator, broker, financial adviser, attorney, or fiduciary. BoardWise does not accept wagers, place bets, custody funds, guarantee outcomes, or promise profit.

No guarantees

Sports outcomes are uncertain. Model outputs may be incomplete, delayed, wrong, stale, miscalibrated, or based on data that later changes. Odds, lines, player status, weather, injuries, lineups, and market availability can change quickly. Past performance does not guarantee future results.

Accounts and access

• You are responsible for maintaining control of your email account and session access.
• Do not share, resell, scrape, reverse engineer, or redistribute paid or member-only content.
• We may limit, suspend, revoke, or modify access to protect the Service, enforce these Terms, or comply with law.
• Free accounts may receive limited preview access. Paid or founder access, when available, may include additional board or performance features.

Subscriptions and payments

Paid checkout is not live as of this draft. If subscriptions are enabled, plan details, price, renewal terms, cancellation methods, and refund rules will be presented at checkout or in updated terms. Third-party payment processors may handle card/payment information under their own terms and privacy notices.

Acceptable use

You may not attempt to bypass access controls, attack the Service, abuse login/email systems, scrape protected data, interfere with other users, upload or transmit malware, use automated requests in a way that harms service reliability, or use BoardWise for unlawful activity.

Intellectual property

BoardWise content, branding, models, layouts, code, copy, and analytics are owned by BoardWise Analytics LLC or its licensors. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Third-party services and data

The Service may rely on third-party data, odds, infrastructure, security tools, email delivery, payment processors, and links. We are not responsible for third-party services, data accuracy, availability, or policies.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent allowed by law, BoardWise disclaims warranties of accuracy, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the fullest extent allowed by law, BoardWise Analytics LLC will not be liable for losses arising from reliance on the Service, wagering decisions, lost profits, lost data, or indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
